Moscow is dear not only for the hearts of Russians. Annually lots of people from all over the world visit the capital. In different times millions of people worked and studied here. Some of them are still living with eternal nostalgia for Moscow. Moscow is loved and admired.

A lot of Russians and foreigners who consider themselves patriots of Moscow and call themselves “Muscovites” have famous names and are leaders in politics, economics and culture. They want to help making Moscow more beautiful and well organized. They are eager to participate in every activity for the welfare of their beloved city.

Their unity and consolidation of efforts will give a great impetus to forming a positive image of Moscow worldwide and solving the present-day and prospective problems of the Russian capital.

The Moscow Friends Club uniting Moscow's initiatives supporters respecting Moscow's history and its role will be able to a large extent to handle the task.

The MFC is non-profit, non-political, independent social structure aiming to assist economic, cultural, social, scientific and sports development of the Russian capital. Another important task is to consolidate and maintain Moscow's friendly relations with other world's cities as well as Russian ones, acquaint the Russian and international communities with the capital's life, its contribution to the world civilization, consolidation of peace, mutual understanding and co-operation within the international community.
