On September 24, 2010 at the Reception Hall of the State Kremlin Palace the Charity Ball in honor of the heroes of the War of 1812 will be held. The Charity Ball is a part of activities implemented in the framework of the state program celebrating the 200 anniversary of the victory in the War of 1812. This event is aimed at spiritual and moral upbringing of the new generation in the spirit of patriotism, respect for their Motherland and national history.

Representatives of the leading aristocratic families of Europe are going to participate in this event. This is due to their desire to pay tribute to the heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812. There is no doubt that their participation will contribute to the formation of the overall positive attitude towards Russia and its capital among the broad circles of world community. At the same time they plan to discuss investment opportunities in Russia during their visit to the capital.
