Main goals and objectives

• Collaboration of social and professional organizations, state institutions as well as political, social, creative and intellectual elite representatives in order to solve problems related to the promotion of the image of Moscow. Co-ordination of their co-operation and activities and interaction, more efficient use of available administrative resources.
• Civil society structures’ mobilization in order to solve current problems in the city of Moscow. Joint use of experts and analysts' potential interacting in each direction of the strategy of promotion of the Moscow's positive image.
• Joint discussion of urgent and important problems and finding a consensus in their solution, joint situational monitoring, analyzing and processing information as well as generalizing obtained experience.
• Settlement of possible disputes and conflicts arising among civil society structures (including business ones) and authority bodies of the city of Moscow.
